I had a very good sales experience with Bryce and Hometown Window and Door. He was highly responsive and patient in explaining the vast door and window options that we considered. Since you don't buy those products very often, it requires a lot of education and Bryce did an outstanding job. Compared with others we spoke to, they were never pushy and remained focused on our needs. HIs follow-up was also much better versus those who just wanted to close the sale quickly and those who never followed up at all. While we found a door we liked from another company, and we decided to hold off on windows, I would still highly recommend this company.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. Our project was custom and involved estimators, sales personnel, measurement experts, installers, masons, and administrative personnel. All were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and downright delightful! Our home was 30 years old when we started our remodel. We contacted Home Town Windows and Doors for an estimate to replace all windows and exterior doors throughout the house including sliders and our front door. Unbeknownst to us at the time, the company was in the process of changing ownership. Unfortunately, this led to several missteps. The previous owners failed to include everything in their estimate and made several measurement and ordering errors that created quite the mess. It had all of makings of a disaster.
However, the new management team and associates at Hometown really stepped up. They remeasured everything, reordered, replaced and anything else they had to do to get the job done correctly. Our windows and doors are beautiful. We couldn’t be happier. It was a long road, however, they made good on every promise. Thank you, Darren and Team, for coming through for us.

We replaced all the windows in our home and thanks to Hometown Window and Door, we added two new windows to our brick home. We were a little nervous about cutting into the brick, but they took care of everything, the process was super easy, and you wouldn't know the newly added windows weren't always part of the home. My wife and I are so happy with the replacement windows and the newly added windows make the room so much brighter it's amazing. If you have are considering adding windows to a brick home, this is the company to call. Could not be happier!

From the beginning sales experience to ordering and then delivery and installation has been wonderful.. everyone has been very helpful, responsive to questions and professional..Rex and Mo our installers were on time and very great at their jobs, completing the install with the minimum amount of fuss and bother. We have worked with Hometown twice this year to replace our windows and doors. We started with the back of our house. Their thorough approach on the sales side was very professional and low pressure. The fair pricing proposal made it an easy decision to choose Andersen especially considering the quality, warranty, company history, etc., vs the other competitor meetings/proposals. After seeing the product installed, we were so impressed with the whole experience that we decided to go ahead and complete the front of the house. Both times the products were manufactured as agreed upon and were delivered on time. The installation team was outstanding; on time, experienced, great quality, detail, care, and pride in their work (Thanks Rex!). I would definitely recommend using Hometown. Also, they are are a locally owned small business. We preferred to support local.

This is an extremely poorly run company. We paid off our windows in full over a year ago through a third-party company called green sky. In January of this year, we received a call from hometown stating “we had not received full payment for your windows and we are calling to see what’s going on with that?” We then forwarded Invoice proving that we had paid through Greensky and they said that everything was resolved. Then, I received an invoice this month dated August 29, 2024, stating that we still owed half the payment for our windows, despite supposedly resolving this in January. When I called the company, they stated that they were confused regarding payments on several accounts and therefore sent out these invoices to help get clarification. This is instead of calling the customer and clarifying by phone. It seems like they are trying to obtain additional payments from customers. I will never use this company again. Still waiting for resolution on this issue. This is not to mention the previous promise of repairing a window that has a broken element, and never hearing back about fixing it, on multiple occasions.
We paid a lot of money for these windows, and the customer service has just been awful. Very disappointed.
