Clem Davis is the best roofing company. They recently put up a new roof for our house and they did an excellent job. Mike and Luis crew are really professional and courteous. They paid attention to details. They did thorough cleaning at the end of every workday, even though the project took quite a few days because it's a big roof. I’ve used Clem Davis a number of times for roof repairs as well as a skylight repair. While other roofers told me I needed to immediately replace my roof because of what I had perceived to be leaks, Clem Davis told me that I just needed a ridge vent because what I saw was not a leak but rather, condensation. That was two years ago and no related issues since. We also had a skylight repair on a roof that we intend to get rid of in a few years. They worked with us to replace it at a price point that made sense for something we plan to trash soon. Highly recommend!
Clem Davis Roofing Company is an asset to the roofing businesses. We needed a new roof as the previous roofing company did a bad job. We had mold issues in the attic and gutters that were over flowing. Mike, their rep, (a very nice person) came out and gave us advice to eliminate the problems. He was very professional, very prompt and worked on solutions that were spot on. Mike worked with us giving different options on shingles, manufacturers and colors as well as gutter and downspout sizes (we got several estimates and Mike’s price was with all the others and he included a lot of things others didn’t). We needed to vent our bathroom vents out through the roof and not into the soffits as we had. The gutters were initially having issues with water overflowing; however, this was resolved with the quality installation of new gutters by Clem-Davis. Their gutter guy came and told us the previous roofer attached the gutters with nails, he used screws and it worked. Mike felt like we needed to change the size and shape of the gutter outlet as well (no additional cost). The ones we had were not adequate (other roofer estimates suggested bigger gutters, which added cost) and to install the new downspouts with a round hole, instead of rectangle, fixed the issue. The new facia looks great as well. When the work was complete, the cleanup was very thorough. The roofers went over our lot with a magnetic roller several times and removed a lot of the nails and almost ALL roofing materials (we have a lot of flowers around the house and they gently removed the roofing in them). It has been 3 months since installation and we are thrilled with our gutter problem eliminated and the new roof.
I will definitely be a returning customer in the future with any roofing needs. They were honest and respectful. They completed my job in a timely manner. Funny story, I found them by accident and I’m so glad that I did! They were a very great company to work with. I highly recommend them.
Clem Davis was easy to work with from start to finish. The entire process from shake shingle removal to new shingles completed took less than two days. The guys working on the roof were amazing. Didn’t find even one nail on the ground when they left. I highly recommend!
We had several quotes from different companies. Clem Davis people were through in detecting the problems, documenting them with photographs, and suggesting the work needed to solve the problems. Their estimate turned out to be the best value. Their people are experienced and honest about the issues and most fair about the estimates in. Thanks for a great and responsive crew.
