I previously had only given 4 stars, but I have come to realize how great they are and are actually deserving of all 5. There are few businesses of any type that go above and beyond for their customers (or patients, in this case), but Dr. Ponce truly does. He always takes time to explain the procedures, he is thorough, the staff is exceptional (every single one! Literally not one employee there has ever given service worth less than 5 stars!), the environment is clean and relaxing, they use state-of-the-art equipment that my last dentist did not have, they make time to get you in when you are having an emergency, I honestly can't rave enough. I don't give out 5 stars often, because I try to be fair and honest so that people reading the reviews get an honest, unbiased opinion and this place truly deserves every star!

Dr. Ponce is the best. I have had a lot of complex dental work done, and he is very thorough in explaining options and treatments. All of the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Absolute best dental office Iโve been to. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but great things to say about this dental office. Your always greated with a friendly face in a very clean office. You are never waiting to be called in to see the dentist assistant who are very professional, followed by the dentist shortly after. Dr Ponce listens, cares about your needs, makes sure all your questions are answered. Over all just a great experience. I would recommend this office to anyone.

10/10 recommend. I had a tooth issue recently and didn't have a dentist, Clearwater got me in right away and fixed the problem. If you're like me and have anxiety about the dentist, Dr. Ponce and staff are very calm and kind walking you through things. After the first visit and the few follow up visits I've had I feel so much better about going to the dentist going forward!

Dental treatment isn't the most pleasant experience. However, the professionalism and kindness of Dr. Ponds and his team made the treatment of my (frankly, far from perfect) teeth virtually painless. I'm so glad I chose Clearwater Family Dental!
