I previously had only given 4 stars, but I have come to realize how great they are and are actually deserving of all 5. There are few businesses of any type that go above and beyond for their customers (or patients, in this case), but Dr. Ponce truly does. He always takes time to explain the procedures, he is thorough, the staff is exceptional (every single one! Literally not one employee there has ever given service worth less than 5 stars!), the environment is clean and relaxing, they use state-of-the-art equipment that my last dentist did not have, they make time to get you in when you are having an emergency, I honestly can't rave enough. I don't give out 5 stars often, because I try to be fair and honest so that people reading the reviews get an honest, unbiased opinion and this place truly deserves every star!
