Yesterday, I had a doctors appointment, sat in the waiting room for over an hour! Today, I had an appointment with Clear-tone at 10:30. I got there at 10:25 and they got me in at 10:31. I appreciate them being respectful of my time!

Today my hearing was checked by tones and general speech. My hearing aids were checked and cleaned. Great visit with report that my hearing hadn't changed much in the last 6 months even though I'd had a stroke and concussion. I was also completed on caring for my aids. So glad to know that neither the stroke or concussion caused much change in overall hearing.

Staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful. In over five years have never experienced a long wait time to be seen. The technicians are competent, happy to answer any questions and try to make sure that any questions you have are answered before you leave.
