This is a shout out to Nestor & Ricardo. Nestor showed up with a smile, took a look at both cesspools & told me things I wasn't aware of. Ricardo popped the covers & both investigated the condition of the pools. Both were friendly & respectful. Nestor explained my options going forward with regard to pool maintenance, type of pool and condition. Thanks to Nestor & Ricardo for getting it done.
Josh came to my home to assess my septic tank and clogged drain/plumbing. He was professional, courteous, explained everything he was going to do and why. He tried to maintain the integrity of my home all while unclogging my poop pipes! He even tried to save me some money by using the shower drain first with the snake, but then finally had to remove the toilet and go that route. He was very calm, reassuring and let friendly. At a time when a customer is distressed he offered reassurance and a level of confidence that I needed in a service. When your toilets don’t work and are backed up with an entire family, it’s a bit stressful. I would recommend Josh and Clear River to anyone!!

We had a swamp gas smell in our house. Clear River's people arrived pretty much immediately and worked for 6 hours to diagnose and resolve the issue. Jake and Josh were competent, driven, and personable. Not only did they rapidly resolve an issue that posed a threat to my baby's health, but they did so in a way that reminds me of what service used to be in this country. If you have a plumbing issue, you can't go wrong with these guys.

My sincere thanks to Joshua, Clear River’s plumber / engineer who was dispatched to my residence to fix what I thought was a simple sewer clog. Thanks to Joshua, I got a good education on how and where the waste goes. Joshua explained each of the waste management steps as he diligently continued to trouble shoot and work to solve the problem. He gave important tips on what to put in the home appliances to prevent such calls. Clear River is very fortunate to have employees such as Josh.

My husband called the company because our cesspool was full. Two technicians came and only checked three spots, then said they couldn’t locate the cesspool, even though I told them exactly where the previous owner said it was. Instead of taking the time to locate it, they insisted we pay an additional fee for a camera to find it, despite the fact that the previous homeowner had already identified the location in the front yard. He said the homeowner probably don’t remember.
We were forced to pay an extra $395 so they would proceed, and they eventually emptied the cesspool.
Be aware!!! They will scam you to pay more money and it’s unfair.
Clear River Environmental are the best in the business. Garrett from the I/A OWTS Department Has been to my house several times to clear the septic tank and his level of customer service is unparalleled. Garrett is clear and concise about the work he’s doing and takes pride in his work while making sure he goes above and beyond to leave the tank area spotless. I should note Nick P the IA OWTS Service Manager is also incredible. We had a pump break on us and Nick gave me his cell phone number and sent his guys over to solve the problem in less than 12hrs. Use these guys for all your septic tank needs they are the best around.

I can’t say enough about Clear River Environmental. We unfortunately had a sewage backup last week and within an hour of cold calling them Jessie came to the rescue. He was knowledgeable and supportive and put us right at ease in a harrowing situation. He went outside and found our cesspool and determined that it wasn’t the culprit. He then discovered, diagnosed, documented and relieved the interior blockage.
He also recommended and executed a procedure to prevent future problems. All in all this is a first class organization.

An absolutely amazing company! I bought a house year ago and had no idea where the cesspool was. When it started backing up, I called another company that could not find the cesspool location. The plumber who was assigned to fix a bad pipe leak in my home was Eddie. He was awesome, inspecting all aspects of what may cause the leak. He fixed the issue in a short amount of time. I absolutely recommend him.
