I had a great experience with Clear Drains and highly recommend them. They cleared the main line and a tub drain at both my personal home and one of our rental properties, and everything was handled quickly and professionally.
Rino and Eddie were excellent to work with — very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and they explained what was going on every step of the way. Communication was clear from start to finish, which makes a big difference, especially when dealing with plumbing issues.

Fast, clean, and so courteous. I highly recommend this father/son team for any plumbing needs. I appreciate they put on booties before coming into my home, they worked quickly but thoroughly and made sure I understood the issue and the repair… their equipment was all organized and immaculate. 5-stars is not nearly enough. Every drain in my home + the toilet was backed up so needless to say my stress level was through the roof, but Ed put my mind at ease immediately. He asked a bunch of important questions, came out immediately, showed up on-time (unheard of these days), was incredibly kind, honest and understanding and within 90 minutes removed all of the blockage. They were so considerate; put booties on upon entering the house & left the house spotless. They will be back to install a new toilet next week. It's such a gift to have peace-of-mind with the people entering your home and providing such critical services. Their job is not easy. I have the utmost trust & respect for this company. I cannot Thank You enough!

Clear Drains team did an excellent job unclogging an underground gutter. They were recommended to me by my roofer, and lived up to the hype. They fixed the clogged gutter that I was aware of and also checked all of my other gutters. They found other issues which they resolved that day including digging up the pipes to get to the area of concern and going to get additional supplies. They kept me posted as they worked. They were also polite and took care to leave my yard in great condition when they were done. Will use them again if the need arises!

I had a great experience using Clear Drains. They returned my call immediately and were able to come to the next day to investigate a clogged gutter downspout. They video scoped the pipe and removed the clog with the water jet. They also offered solutions to prevent recurring problems with the existing drainage pipe design. Will certainly use them again.

Rino and his team did a fantastic job. Their communication was prompt and professional, and their work was precise, high quality, and thorough. They also cleaned up after themselves everywhere they had been and made the area look better than it had before. Rino and his team were amazing. They responded promptly to my call, scheduled an appointment right away and arrived on time. They were very efficient, easy to talk to and work with, and solved my drainage problem by snaking and jetting my clogged outdoor lines. I feel like they were genuinely interested in helping me determine what was wrong and went the extra mile to ensure everything was working when they left. And I believe their pricing was very fair.
