I contacted Davy after hearing strange noises coming from the attic, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He worked around my schedule, arrived on time, and explained every step of what he was doing in a really clear and reassuring way. He identified potential entry points, showed me exactly where pests could be getting in, and even recommended reliable tradespeople who could seal the gaps with cement. We're based in East Belfast near nature walks where mice and rats could be coming from. Davy carried out a thorough inspection of both the attic and the exterior of the house, laid bait, and made sure I understood what to look out for next. Not long after he left, we could actually hear the bait moving in the attic, which was a great sign that his plan was already working. Overall, a professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful service. Highly recommended!

Davy did the first part of the job to get rid of mice, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. When I phoned him, he immediately gave me a date to come to my house. He explained everything he was going to do, which made me feel confident about the process. He arrived exactly at the agreed time, was very friendly, and easy to talk to. The work was done impeccably and quickly. He will be coming back in a couple of days to complete the second part of the treatment. I really appreciate that he only charged me for the work completed so far, and I’ll pay the rest once the job is finished. Davy is honest and hardworking—if you want the job done right, he’s the person to call!

Realised there was a wasp nest in my bathroom vent and there were dozens of wasps making themselves at home inside the house too. Called Clear Choice on Saturday morning and nest was swiftly dealt with and they were all gone the next day. 5 days later no sign of any wasps. Job well done and nice people too. Would definitely recommend.

Had bees in my chimney Davy and Simon came out and removed them humanely and took them to a hive they did a great job no mess and they put smoke down each chimney and put mesh in the chimney pots so I would have no more bother completely recommend these guys first class

I was in a panic needing it done ASAP. davy arranged to call the following day (saturday) and took care of the issue by means of chemically spraying the roofspace. I couldn't speak highly enough of how davy returned my emails and did the work so efficiently. I would recommend this company and DAVY to carry out any of the works on their website. Its a 5 star worthy practice
