A stunning transformation is how to describe my bathroom renovation by Frank Carpellotti. He was a solo class act from the estimate, advising, and negotiations and did everything start to finish himself. He was a positive problem solver in my old house with plenty of quirky things. He shared in advance there could be complications and was very fair with the extra needed item discovered. Beyond his great technical skills, Frank was an excellent communicator with positive energy, and bounced back from problems we encountered. He also went above and beyond with so many little things I can't remember them all, but including spray painting and hanging a decoration and hanging the curtains. He absolutely lived up to the references I checked in advance. I highly recommend Frank and Cleanview for projects.

Peter cleaned years of mold and grime off our siding, deck, and patio beneath the deck at an extremely reasonable price. Very satisfied with the service. Very professional, very fast, and not too time-consuming as far as taking up a large space in my day. I had my front roof done a few years ago and was satisfied, so I decided to do the rear as well. I also had my two cement curbs (separating my black top driveway) in front of my home clean too.

Excellent work! Peter was great to work with. Communication was great - he got my quote back to me promptly and had me scheduled a few weeks later. Price from my services were extremely reasonable. My house was extremely mildewy and green and it now looks even better than when we bought the property a few years ago. I am hoping to have Peter and his crew back to do some other exterior maintenance on my home in the future.
