Finally got to see the distinguished Chiropractor, Dr. Tyler Bigheno. It was well worth the 2.5 hr drive (my 2.5 hr drive is nothing compared to celebrities and other famous people from other countries who fly just to be seen by Dr. Tyler B.)
This was my first time to try chiropractic adjustments. (I already met my deductibles, so it was covered by my medical insurance).
I already know what to expect because I have been watching his chiro videos/reels—since I was already a fan of Dr. Tyler (because of Filipina celebrity, Francine Diaz) prior to making an initial appointment. I never had my bones cracked, though, so it was still different in reality compared to just watching his videos/reels.
To be honest, I have a lot of complex medical conditions, and some of them are chronic. I addressed them all to Dr. Tyler. I noted that I do suffer from cervical stenosis and cervical spondylosis, so Dr. Tyler did some adjustments on my neck (cervical spine). Overall, he was still able to do several chiropractic adjustments in spite of my medical conditions. He truly knows what he is doing. He is renowned for a lot of reasons. He was also able to tell me if he can’t do a specific adjustment and as to why.
From the get go, Dr. Tyler made me feel comfortable and thus, I was able to trust him fully. The cracks were amazingly smooth and spot on. Dr. Tyler warned me that my body will be sore the following day. Of course, the following day, my whole body was unbelievably sore until it just stopped that evening. After that, I felt so much better and it’s like nothing happened. The lingering pain on my neck prior to adjustments went away.
Although I know my recommendation is not needed, I would still highly recommend Dr. Tyler B. We all need the best and Dr. Tyler is one amazing Chiropractor. I won’t gatekeep him. If you need the best Chiropractor, it’s Dr. Tyler B.

My appointment with Dr. Tyler ended up being a long overdue “full body reset” that I have never experienced before but whoa, was I missing out!! 10/10, can’t wait to return again :-)

I found Dr. Tyler at Clean Spine through Instagram and knew I had to book when I was in LA and I’m SOOO glad I did.
He was incredibly personable and really took his time, not rushed at all. I felt every adjustment and knot he worked through (I was definitely “crunchy” 😂).
And that Y-strap… WOW. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the highlight. The instant relief was unreal, it literally felt like all the tension and pressure just left my body at once. I’ve never experienced anything like it.
Hands down the BEST chiropractor visit I’ve ever had, no question!! If you’re even thinking about it, go. You will not regret it.

Decided to treat myself to a nice cracking session with Dr. Tyler Bigenho for my bday. He was easy to book with his online system, and I was happy to get a spot within a week.
The clinic was spotless and really new. My issue low key has a complicated history, so I appreciated when he really listened to my concerns patiently. He was really friendly and professional, and explained thoroughly what he was doing and why. He also had some newer tech that I’ve been wanting to try. Like the y strap pull I’ve been seeing online, and this crazy machine that allows my lower back to stretch out in all directions. It was definitely relieving and I’m so glad I went.
He was also really honest after the session, and didn’t feel I need to go in all the time. Just here and there for maintenance, if I wanted to. It was such a great bday gift for myself! I highly recommend him for all my friends and family.

Dr Tyler is awesome. His treatment of my injury shoulder was amazing, though painful.. but help me recover.
Previously, my primary care referred me to a PT but they ended up roughing up my injury. After each PT visit, I would go through painful cycle that lasts a week to recover.
Even though Dr. Tyler is out of pocket, his treatments were effective and no pain after my treatments. Dr. Tyler is down to earth and a rockstar.
I am recovering well after only a couple of visits.

My visit with Tyler was beyond the best experience I've ever had at a chiropractor he actually knows how to heal he is very driven to fix what's wrong he completely reversed my back pain I had been having for almost 2 years. Its been almost 3 weeks and no back pain you will love this Dr.he is hands down the best and he keeps in touch with you to check in I've never seen that before it was kind of amazing and let's you know ge truly cares about his patient.

I'm a former chiropractor and retired osteopathic family physician.
Chiropractic adjustment has been a vital part of my wellness for all my life. After my former chiropractor (of 20 plus years) moved out of state l was desperately searching for help with my chronic neck and back problems.
I've been adjusted by over two dozen chiropractors in my life and know what a good adjustment feels like.
I can honestly say that Dr. Tyler is one of the best...if not the best.

Dr. Tyler was incredibly nice and really good at what he does. He made sure to make us comfortable before, during, and after our sessions. He explained why he does what he does while keeping the conversation light and fun, gave advice on how to prevent body pain, and shared some workout and stretching tips specifically for our ailments. I walked in feeling stiff, tense, and honestly just over it and walked out feeling like I could breathe again. Dr. Bigenho took his time, actually listened, and explained everything without making it feel like a lecture.
The adjustment was solid, and he worked on areas I didn’t even realize were contributing to the problem. It wasn’t just a quick crack and move along. You can tell he really cares about getting to the root of what’s going on.
The office vibe is super clean and welcoming. Definitely one of the best chiropractic experiences I’ve had. If your body’s been feeling off, go here, you’ll leave feeling way better.
