Carson did a fantastic job on our car! He arrived on time and worked hard the whole time. He was respectful of our property. Something was spilled on the carpet and you can’t even see the stain anymore! I was so impressed and grateful for the time he took to get that out. It was a night and day difference with how clean our car was before and after including the smell! He did a beautiful job!

If you want an expensive wipe down and ineffective shampoo this is the place for you! For a $312 interior detail only (with seat shampoo add-on of $50) I expected a little more detail to be done in the detail service. At first glance everything looked good. The carpet and mats look great! The color did get better in the seats, but whatever they use does not remove stains too well, apparently. There was still dust in corners of trim and vents, odometer cover wasn’t touched, and cup holder was neglected. I spend around 16 hrs a day in my truck and a lot of what was done I could do with microfiber towels and some foam picks. Not worth it! **UPDATE** The management at Clean Mobile detailing reached out right after the review was posted and were determined to make it right. They had another technician drive out the next morning and the stain must be made of Kryptonite, but the dusty corners, handles, and cup holders were taken care of! They do want to do right and my initial review may have been too hasty to downgrade them. I upgraded to 4 stars because the rework was done well and super promptly, so customer satisfaction is one of their higher priorities!
