10/16/2025: $10,053.00 LUXURY WATCH and a pair of 1/2 carat diamond earrings-STOLEN-out of our 2024 BMW X5M Competition, we had been with the company for about 6 months, we had different Detailers quite often, the Detailer responsible for stealing the watch is Gunner, I contacted the owner explained the situation and told him I was 110% positive that my watch was in the passenger door cubby, no one else is ever in that car, the owner said he'd look into the matter and get back with me, he asked his employee about the situation but the employee said that he didn't see anything and there was a yellow bag in the car which he said he had put it in the backseat, there was no yellow bag. Normally they put our stuff in a plastic bag and leave it on the console, but this time everything was gone, all of my paperwork that had been in the door with the watch and the earrings were gone, He even took a brand new roll of paper towels. I had explained what my watch was in and it's quite odd that when I told the owner the colors of the sachet and he told the employee the description of the sachet which were red and yellow velvet, the employee said that there was a yellow bag that he had left in the backseat, that was a lie, there was no yellow bag, again he took everything including my watch and earrings, I did tell the owner that I wanted to give him a chance to talk with Gunner first before I contacted the police or write a review, but we're now 2 months out and still no answers as to where my watch or earrings are .I'm not one to normally write reviews but if I have time and the company was A+ with their services I try to make sure and compliment them. I definitely never write negative reviews but this situation has to be made public so that everyone can make sure they get EVERYTHING out of their vehicles before this happens to them. Thank you for your time.

I used this company for monthly mobile detailing from June through November — about 6 visits total. The team is always upbeat, friendly, and easy to work with. Interior cleaning is consistently solid.
Where things fall short is the exterior detail. For the price (about $170 with tip), I expected a higher level of finish. After most visits there were still bugs and road grime on the front, lower plastics and wheel wells weren’t fully cleaned, door jambs/liftgate were missed, and plastic trim treatment felt rushed. Overall, the exterior results were closer to a basic wash than a true detail.
There were also a few scheduling hiccups — a no-show appointment, equipment issues, and a promised “make-good” service that never materialized.
I replied to the owner’s usual ‘how did the service go?’ email with detailed feedback, but never heard back, so I ended up cancelling.
Great crew, great attitude — just not enough value for the price. If the exterior work tightens up, this could easily be a 5-star service.

I had a great experience with the team that came out and did my interior/exterior detail. They were very thorough and very friendly. I highly recommend this service!

They did a great job cleaning my vehicle. They were running a little behind schedule, but kept me updated on their arrival. Caden was awesome, and I’ll definitely use them again in the future.
