Jake came out today to demo their ‘Doff’ style pressure washer, and I couldn’t be more impressed. His professionalism, attentiveness, and depth of knowledge were outstanding from the moment he arrived. Jake is clearly an absolute asset to the company.
The service was genuinely 10/10 from start to finish, and the machine delivered exceptional results on an old period stone building. I’m thoroughly impressed and look forward to continuing to work with Cleaning Equipment Services for all future cleaning requirements. Highly recommended this company !

Hi Rebos, we're sorry to hear you're unhappy with your experience. We take all feedback seriously and always aim to resolve issues fairly. The original machine delivered was the one selected at the time of booking, and when you informed us it wasn’t suitable, we exchanged it free of charge. Unfortunately, only one month of the three-month hire was paid, and despite multiple attempts to reach a resolution, we had no choice but to pass the matter to a collection agency — something we only do in rare and unavoidable circumstances. We're always open to further discussion if you'd like to reach out.
I work in a school and we needed to buy a floor buffer after ours was beyond repair. I dealt with Ian who was really helpful in recommending suitable products and answering the many questions I had. He replied promptly to my emails and assisted with my purchase. The product arrived when promised and was packaged really well. The buffer is fantastic, powerful and considerably cheaper than other suppliers. Overall an extremely positive experience dealing with Cleaning Equipment Services.

We contacted CES recently regarding some advice on a job that we had and which machine would be the most effective. Barry’s help was invaluable!
We went with his recommendation and the results were fantastic. They worked with us to deliver when we needed.
