I picked this service because they had a 4.8 rating. I am glad I did. I am happy to give them a 5 star rating. They were very professional, friendly, thorough, and well equipped to handle the job. We will definitely use them again and refer them to our friends, family, aquaintances and strangers passing by in need of professional cleaning services.
Note: we didn’t end up using the service but we’re leaving a review to share that they wanted to charge $140/hour for a rental turnover cleaning! That’s what you pay a team of 5 or a HAZMAT crew, not a justified price for two cleaners on a standard clean house.
I called Above and Beyond last minute when my mom was in the hospital, I wanted to get her house cleaned before she arrived home. Renee worked with me (as I don’t live in town) to get a much needed deep clean of my parent’s house. They were on time, communicated well and most importantly did a fantastic job on a very dirty house and even sent me pics afterwards. It was such a blessing to my mom! Would highly recommend
Renee at Above and Beyond was wonderful to work with! She and her team helped clean our home in Corpus Christi to get it ready for sale, while my family and I were out of state. She was easy to work with, communicative, and made the headache of getting this done remotely seamless! The quality of the work was certainly above and beyond. Thanks so much! 10/10 recommend.
Rene and her team did a great job. I own a car wash business and attention to detail is very important to me. What impressed me the most is that Rena insisted on a walk through. Most cleaning services I have used give you the bill and off they go. She made sure everything was good before she left without me even asking. Really took pride in their work which is hard to find.
Above and Beyond lives up to its name. The cleaners who came to my house did an amazing job. They were detailed, efficient, professional, and my house has never been so clean. They came on time, brought all of their supplies, and wore masks for safety measures. I will definitely use them again
We hired this company to do a end of lease make ready on a house we were renting in Southside. They came in like gang busters and immediately went to work. Rene the owner knew we had a time and budget restriction and was able to work with us on both. Highly recommend.
Miss Renee and her crew are not only honest women when they say they are going to do something they will do it. There was a confusion amongts my sister and I about which package I asked for- with no hesitation nor price change these ladies did not have a problem with coming in and doing things i asked.
I will recommend miss rene in the future and I will become a loyal customer of hers. Their prices are reasonable theyre honest christian women and they love and appreciate the military. I'm a 100%disabled
