Extremely unprofessional. I booked this company weeks in advance and clearly explained that I’m sensitive to strong scents and didn’t want photos of my home shared online. They said it was fine and confirmed the appointment—then cancelled twenty minutes before they were supposed to arrive because of those same requests. Total lack of respect for my time and zero accountability. If you value reliability or professionalism, look elsewhere. * You texted me on the Saturday before my Monday appointment, saying you don't use air freshners or highly scented products. I know products have SOME scent to them. You texted saying, that's fine. then TWENTY MINS before you were scheduled to be at my house on Monday, you texted me saying your cancelling the appointment. I also have a text from Oct 20th about me not wanting photos of my home shared on social media: Good morning, Robbie! "Thank you so much for letting us know. We completely understand your concern and will make sure not to send a photographer to your home 💖 Just to clarify, our cleaners do take quick before-and-after photos of the areas they clean. This helps us ensure quality and consistency in our service. The photos are used internally only and never shared outside our team. Please let us know if you have any questions or specific requests regarding that." But now all of a sudden it's a problem. I can't be the only client who doesn't want photos of their personal home blasted on social media. Don't try to twist this around, you acted in the utmost unprofessional manner, saying everything is fine, until 20 mins before someone was supposed to be at my house to cancel. I don't know what the real issue is, maybe you don't want to work in a home with security cameras. What home doesn't have security cameras nowadays? Or maybe you don't want to drive to my neighborhood. Either way, your reasoning that it's bc I don't want photos of my home on social media, or air fresheners used is 100% a cop out. Those are simple and reasonable requests. Your last min cancellation just reveals how disingenuous you are and a reflection of how you run your business. I am very glad I am not doing business with you and hope others heed this warning.

As outlined in our welcome packet, we work with a professional photographer who takes marketing and branding photos, and our cleaning teams are also instructed to take before-and-after photos of their work. At times, they may also need to take photos for quality assurance or to request guidance from management.
When you shared that your home was covered in cameras and requested that no photos be taken, we noted your preference and ensured a photographer would not be scheduled for your home. The morning of your appointment, we received another message about sensitivities to scented products. Because our products do contain light fragrances, we attempted to contact you to discuss alternatives, but were unable to reach you. Without being able to confirm expectations, and not wanting to risk dissatisfaction or discomfort, we made the decision to cancel the appointment so you could find a company better suited to your needs.
Our goal is always to provide a professional, transparent, and respectful experience for every client. We wish you the best in finding a service that’s the right fit for your preferences.

We had our first service with them last week and the communication about scheduling leading up to the cleaning and afterwards for scheduling recurring cleaning services has been nothing short of fantastic. You can tell such thought has gone into the entire customer experience from start to finish and they did such a thorough job! They genuinely wanted to know what my priorities were for the house as we did a before-clean-walk-through and they definitely delivered! I was gone while they cleaned and only my husband was home. I came home and checked the usual spots that every other company has missed in our home and they were all spotless and perfectly clean. We have our 1st grandbaby arriving any day, so I had them come for a deep clean. We are at ease knowing our home is prepared for a newborn to visit.
The ladies showed up on time and well prepared with their own supplies and equipment. I left to be out of their way, and returned to a sparkling clean home that smells fresh, deodorized and sanitized. No cobweb or dust bunny was left standing.
The Queens take great care of our antiques, breakables and valuables, and treat our 3 beloved dogs like we do.
I immediately signed up for recurring cleanings (with a special offer on my next few cleans!) and can finally relax knowing they will take great care of our home and sanctuary so I can continue to care for my family.
Even my husband who hated the idea of having strangers in our home is impressed!
