Update: Manager called and apologized for the situation. Said he would look into it and that’s not how they want business to be done. Offered to send a tech out to look at the system and put salt in for me. I appreciate the follow up and desire to make my experience better.

I never got any notification they were on the way. Someone showed up before the scheduled window so I wasn’t home and rather than call or text so I could open the garage and they could leave the salt on the shelf and check the system, they just left 3 bags on my driveway and left. Not the delivery experience I’ve been used to for the past 2.5 years

G1 and G2 arrived on time and got right to work. The garage portion was tackled by one and the under sink attachment was completed by the other. They were friendly and pleasant. My questions were answered and I was given my initial install instructions . Everything was done in under 3 hours. Great job!

Great installers that were very efficient with professional work! I highly recommend this company! Whole house carbon filter (PFOS/Lead/Chlorine removal) and water softener.

Brandon & his associate were great. My reverse osmosis system needs to be replaced & they took the time to explain 3 options available.
No high pressure--just information for the user to make the right decision.
