Installed Softner, carbon filter and RO system. Tech was very polite, thoughtful and knowledgeable. The process was very simple not complicated and communication with office was great. Good job…

Potential customers, please be aware. I first came across this company through an advertisement at Lowe’s and initially believed they were reputable—but unfortunately, that was not my experience. They lack professionalism and do not take accountability for their mistakes.
My water softener system was installed outdoors on a plastic slab. Over time, the slab began to crack, causing the system to tilt. I had to hire someone else to remove the broken material they provided and replace it with a proper concrete base.
The system was powered using an extension cord plugged into an outdoor outlet, which was clearly a temporary solution. It should have been installed correctly from the start with proper indoor electrical access. I raised this concern immediately after installation, but they assured me it was “normal” and wouldn’t cause issues. Two years later, I’m now dealing with electrical problems because of that setup. When I spoke to the manager, they refused to take responsibility and told me I would have to pay a $150 trip fee for them to fix it—despite the fact that it should have been done correctly in the first place.
I later experienced low water pressure. A technician came out, removed a carbon filter worth about $1,000, and said the company would follow up regarding a replacement. I never received a call. After waiting a month, I reached out myself, only to be told I would not be refunded or receive a replacement. That’s a significant loss.
Overall, I am very dissatisfied with how my concerns were handled. Please keep this in mind if you are considering doing business with them.
We had a really good experience with Clean H2O Pros. They installed our whole house water filtration, water softener and reverse osmosis system last year (2025). They came today to inspect and change filters in our RO system since its been one year from our install date. Their rep. Jake was professional, friendly and showed up on time. We didn't want to take a chance with the water we consume so, we went with Clean H2O Pros.
