Cleaners Joy Reviews

Dan Zarin 2026.09.21

Cleaners Joy did a post-moveout cleaning of my apartment. I appreciated they were able to schedule me on short notice. Price was not inexpensive, but not unreasonable for the service and the rush. I wasn't there so I can't vouch for the cleaning itself, but my landlord did not contact me afterwards with any issues so I am assuming it all went swimmingly.

Hi Dan, We’re happy we could accommodate you on short notice and take one more thing off your plate during your move. Moving comes with enough to worry about, so being able to step in quickly is something we’re always glad to do. No news from the landlord is usually good news! 😊 We appreciate you trusting Cleaners Joy with your move out cleaning and taking the time to share your experience. Wishing you all the best in your new place!

Cleaners Joy came on short notice, working on a Saturday, and they did a fantastic job! The house shined, especially the appliances and windows. When we moved in the next day, it was so nice to be able to settle in without spending days scrubbing first. Great job, Cleaners Joy!

Shama did a great job… she was thorough and actually moved the Knick-knacks to clean under them, not just around them. The house smelled clean and fresh! The price I paid included Shama’s tip…

Cleaners were prompt and communication was excellent. I am 6’3” so I immediately noticed some of the higher areas were neglected. But we were away and I passed on the ability to look over the job the cleaner did. Over all we were very happy with the service.

Peter, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am glad our team was prompt and that communication worked well for you. I am sorry the higher areas were missed and I understand how that stands out when you are taller. Because you were away and could not review the job, we did not have the chance to correct it that day. I will share this feedback with the team so we pay closer attention to high surfaces and bring the proper tools to reach them. If you would like, we can schedule a quick follow up visit to touch up those spots at your convenience. I appreciate your trust and I am pleased you were overall very happy with the service. We look forward to serving you again.
