My dad rented a 1988 Bentley Mulsanne for his 60th, just for the craic of driving around Dublin/Wicklow with myself and my brother. Wasn't with him for collection, but he had a great experience, shown the rest of the cars in their storage. Car had been brilliantly kept, great drive and my dad spoke very highly of his experience with booking; easy to collect and return, with such trust and experience that he'll definitely be borrowing another.

While we rent classic cars all over Europe, we came back to Ireland since we had a very good souvenir with Courtyard classic cars. Bernard is providing cars in good condition that prevent unfortunate issues during our few days trips and his customer centricity makes a big difference. I contacted Bernard to hire a couple of cars for our wedding in April ‘25. From the start Bernard was incredible, we got two Mercedes. One for the wedding (Finnie) and then another one SL350 for our mini honeymoon. I would have no hesitation recommending Bernard. We were invited onto a Classic Car Tour in September ‘25 and it was such an amazing experience and I would recommend anyone to book one for 2026!!

We hired ‘Kermit’ the MG Roadster from Bernard for our wedding day. My dad drove Kermit to the venue and it was so fun! The car looked amazing and so many of the guests got their photos taken with it. Bernard is a lovely guy and arranged drop off/collection of the car because we’re based in Northern Ireland. Highly recommended.

We rented the Mercedes 350 SL for 3days. The car was in exceptional condition and drove perfectly. The service from Bernard was above and beyond fantastic and nothing was a problem. Cannot recommend Courtyard Classic Cars enough, 5 star all the way. Thank you again.

We rented the 1965 Mercedes Fintail for our Groomsmen to drive us to various locations for our wedding Photos in Wicklow. Bernard whom we dealt with at Courtyard Classic Cars made the whole process very easy, organising the details needed such as drivers licences etc for insurance. Arranging for the pick-up of the car on a bank holiday and drop-off the next morning. Also providing a nice white ribbon at short notice as we forgot that part!! The car was in mint condition with lovely red leather trim inside which came out fantastic in the photos. Engine, brakes, lights all perfectly maintained and working. One point of note is that this is a "Classic Car" and some experience driving such vintage cars and working a H gearbox on the steering wheel is useful. As our drivers were used to Classics, this was not an issue. The car handled the roads to the Wicklow Mountains perfectly. The car really added to our wedding day, and having our closest drive us around made it even more special!!

Rented the MGB roadster aka Little Sophie for my partners birthday. He absolutely loved it, was so much fun being out on the country roads driving with the roof down. Bernard was brilliant to deal with, he explained everything really well & was really chilled. He really put us at ease as we’d never driven a classic car before. Would highly recommend!

Myself and my now wife booked the red MGB for our wedding day from Bernard at Courtyard Classic Cars and what a brilliant experience it was! Start to finish Bernard was incredibly helpful and did everything he could to make it a wonderful experience and an added special touch to our already special day. I would highly recommend Courtyard Classic Cars to anybody looking for a great experience behind the wheel of a classic car with the burble of an old engine, the wind in your hair and an unforgettable driving experience, Be it on your wedding day or just for a weekend driving around Ireland's beautiful countryside. We hired the mgb (Green) for our wedding and it was a such a perfect fit. The guys delivered and picked up the car for us as well giving me a thorough tutorial - taking away any stress and ensuring I didn't stall driving my new wife away from the church in front of our guests...! The only downside to the whole experience was having it give the keys back.
