My furnace stopped working this morning and Classic Air was able to send someone out right away. And I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that came out, but he was absolutely wonderful! He was so kind and so good at explaining things to me, in a way that I could understand. He even proactively took the time to advise me on a better furnace filter to use. He offered the package where the company could come out twice a year to service my furnace and AC, and I absolutely thought "if this same gentleman comes out to do all of that, it's worth every penny." He then went out to my AC to check it, and ended up cleaning it, and found a lose wire - in which he addressed as well. And to top things off........he even rolled my trashcan from the street, back up to the garage (another incredibly kind gesture.) I can't say enough about the customer service I received today and how appreciate I was of the whole experience!! Thank you!
