Had Alex come out and do annual maintenance on A/C unit. Alex was very professional and it was obvious very knowledgeable when it comes to his line of work. He was able to explain things easily to me and answer any questions I had. Will update my review when they come back out this fall to check the furnace.
Called for air not working and they came and said everything looked fine and was probably the thermostat. Replaced thermostat on my own and still no relief during the heat wave we had. Called another business to come out and they were able to determine the issue within minutes. Apparently outside unit had debris blocking the coils and was causing a false read on my sensor saying everything looked good, but had they taken the cover off would’ve immediately noticed the same issue. Within the hour of general maintenance performed my air was back to running well. So ended up paying for 2 appointments bc the issue wasn’t resolved the first time. Will continue to do business with the other company since they did the due diligence to solve the issue. One star bc at least the tech was polite.
Nathan came out within hours of my call on a 90degree day. Even though the tenants didn’t answer the door, he called me and gave me some time to come unlock the unit so he could do his job. He was finished in less than 20 minutes, replacing the part and getting it running. I really appreciated the efficiency and so did my tenants.
