Got my sliding door replaced by Clarke & Rush in 2017. I painted the wood sidings right after it was done to better protect it as they recommended. 9 years in and there's a big crack on the siding, see attached. I called them and they say the crack could be due to anything and theres nothing they can do about it. Other exterior wood trim that's even older than that, and the paint on that particular cracked siding haven't showed much sign of weather yet and the wood trim already have a big cracked on it. ***UPDATE: There appeared to be some misunderstanding during the conversation with the office staff. Dan, their window manager reached out to discuss about the issue. They were able to come out and fixed it the very next day. He also followed up to make sure everything is up to satisfaction. Excellent customer service. I was referred to Clarke & Rush by my co-worker and I would definitely recommend them to others as well.
