Went above and beyond to help me out of a nightmare situation. He was more than fair, honest, and transparent all the way through the project. The project even ran over and he agreed to hold his price. I did give him a extra for the effort. Spent an entire day just cleaning up before he left. Highly recommend. Will use again.

My name is Harold and I want to tell you about this new contractor on South Pittsburg mountain. I needed some work done on my culvert and driveway. I was introduced to this guy, Dustin Clark. He is young and just started his family. My friend brought this guy over to look at my problems. I being on social security, cost was going to be a big factor. We talked about what was needed, then came the moment of truth, cost! He gave me a price that I could not turn down, and on top of it gave me a military discount to boot when he found out i was a vet. Dustin didn't know me. He had just met me, and I gave him a big hug, I think he was shocked, lmao. Anyhow let me tell you about the job. I was worried he might adjust his work to the price, but that was definitely not the case. He came in and went above and beyond what was needed to do. Because of the price he gave me, I felt compelled to do as much as I could, but he wouldn't have it stating that "going above" is his motto. When most would allow me to do their work, he wouldn't have it. I had called TDOT to come clean out the culvert, but they weren't able to get to it as fast as I needed because of my stress. CCC, Clark Cumberland contracting again came through with flying colors. Mr Clark cleaned up after the job, and since completion, he has been by to see how things are going. My opinion is he is very keen on detail, and I really know he went above and beyond what was contracted to do. I recommend this company highly!!!!! Most of the contractors I have used left me feeling slighted cutting corners so their overhead doesn't cost them. CCC repaired my crushed culvert and graveled my drive after grading the ground to shunt the water around my garage instead of flooding it. You won't be disappointed, I'm sure because I am more than satisfied with the work done!!! Happy!! Happy!! Getting sleep now!!

We hired Clark Cumberland Contracting to prep our land for a tiny home build, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They showed up exactly when they said they would, brought in a load of quality chert fill, leveled out the pad beautifully, and even installed an 8-inch culvert under our driveway to help with water drainage.
They worked through some tough weather without complaint, stayed in touch every step of the way, and finished the job well under the price quote we’d gotten from someone else who never even showed up. I was referred to Dustin by a friend of mine who used his services. When I reached out to him he responded within just a couple hours. I told him I was looking for 5 large boulders for yard accents. They are roughly 3-5 ft sand stone. He quoted me a price that was much more reasonable than expected. Especially since he delivered them within just a couple days. He unloaded them in a staging area since their final resting place isn't ready yet. He mentioned he can even place and position them if needed.
Overall I am very pleased with the service, price, and communication Dustin provided. I will definitely use his services in the future and gladly recommend him to others.
