I had my first appointment with Ross this morning, and I was very impressed with the entire experience. He was extremely polite and professional, and the office was very clean and welcoming.
The actual tattoo removal process was incredibly fast. The laser definitely hurt, but that’s to be expected. Clarity Tattoo Removal uses a PicoWay laser, which is much more efficient at removing tattoos than the NanoSecond and Q-Switched lasers I’ve experienced in the past.
I’ve had laser tattoo removal done at other businesses before, but the process took way too long, and I ended up paying almost double what I’m paying with Clarity. I appreciate that they offer multiple packages to fit different tattoo removal needs. I chose to do infinite sessions for $3,000 up front, which I think is incredibly reasonable.
I’m excited to continue my tattoo removal journey with Clarity Tattoo Removal and see the results!

Clarity hits the right balance — not clinical, not spa-like, just cool and comfortable. Ross is friendly and clearly knows what he's doing. I came in mid-removal process and he assessed my progress accurately and picked up seamlessly. Two sessions in and the results are obvious. He's also genuinely careful about making the process quick and gentle, which matters. Pricing is very fair for the quality. Even their promotional materials are creative and well-done. It just feels like the right place, both professionally and vibe-wise.

Ross is great- I look forward to every session because he’s reassuring, kind, and efficient. Pricing is good and flexible. As for effectiveness, I’m 3 sessions in and it looks promising. This would be my first choice if you’re in the greater Boston area.

I’m so happy I found this place! I have been feeling so unhappy about my tattoo eyebrows for several years and doing the laser was the best thing I could do. The owner at the Framingham location is so nice and friendly and thorough with every step. It’s been a few weeks now and I do see a big improvement on my skin lightening. I will be coming back for more sessions! Would recommend any one who wants to remove any tattoo— you won’t regret it!

My experience so far has been fantastic. I have a sleeve I'm slowly erasing through Clarity with Ross. He's been more than great with services offered, any questions I've had, and very flexible with scheduling. I've many more sessions to go and I foresee myself returning for any future tattoo removals.

I have been to both the Somerville and Framingham locations and both have been amazing experiences! Office is clean, the staff is super friendly, professional, and great at answering any questions and educating you about the tattoo removal process. I have had less-than ideal experiences at other places, and didn't know what good tattoo removal service was until I went to clarity! The difference is huge! Seriously cannot recommend them enough!!
