Kim and the team at Clarendale are amazing. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. The community is clean and well maintained too. I would highly recommend this community.
A very nice place for seniors. Staff and residents are very nice, helpful and friendly. The food is not home cooking but considering how many people they have to feed I think they do pretty well. My only real complaint is that if you are not in assisted living and you are in independent living and you fall, no one will come help pick you up. You have to call the fire department or someone else to come help you. Independent living does not need all the things that assisted-living need but it is unreasonable that there is not someone to come help pick you or a loved one up if necessary. I am not the only one that feels like this policy could be easily changed. It is not fathomable that this is the case. I hate to complain, but this is a legitimate complaint that is important to all residents.

Clarendale at Indian Lake is a beautiful community. The staff is always welcoming and the food is delicious. Memory Care offers a lot of activities for residents and also an amazing courtyard for gardening and relaxation.

Clarendale is always a welcoming community. The environment is family oriented and it smells so good! Which is a big plus for me. I come in as a vendor and I am always so impressed with the quality and care I witness here.

Clarendale has been a safe haven for many seniors. They have given my wife a great chance at a career. That timea that I have visited her or dropped her off at work, the environment is warming, everyone greets you, and you feel a sense of ease. It is no doubt the best community i have ever visited. (I have been in many as a vendor). Clarendale exceeds my expectations of what I expect from a senior li in community.

A Great Choice
My mom has only been living at Clarendale a short while, but her quality of life has greatly improved.
Clarendale facilities are well maintained, the staff is attentive and the residents are very welcoming.
The property truly feels like home instead of a facility. Such a comfort to know my mom can live in a caring community!

Cheri Anderson has been the best most understanding helpful and gracious person to work with. I have been working over the years with her in Hope to move my dad to Clarendale. Alas we were not able to move him out of Florida. Thank you Cheri

We have been so pleased with the entire memory care staff and leadership at Clarendale. From the director, to the activities coordinator to the daily staff we have been so impressed with memory care! They all give 100% and really care for the residents! My mother is so busy throughout the day with activities she truly enjoys. It gives us such peace of mind to see her so happy and well cared for. I could not ask for a better group of people to help us during this season of life. If you are considering memory care at Clarendale I highly encourage you to visit. You will not be disappointed!

A warm and joyful community
The environment here is truly remarkable for seniors. The leadership team genuinely cares about the well-being of each resident, creating a sense of peace and community. They also collaborate with external resources to ensure a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle for everyone. Every visit is greeted with warmth, as the smiles of the employees and the sound of laughter fill the air. It's a place that feels like home, where joy and care are always present.

The staff is seasoned and the quality of life is one of the highest in Middle TN. I have personally witnessed it. The property is well maintained as well. If aging in place is no longer a viable option highly recommend Clarendale at Indian Place.

Clarendale has been a blessing for my mother. The staff is caring and qualified. Additionally, the staff undergoes routine training reinforcing techniques/approaches for providing care or being educated on new regulations or client patient interaction. The director of memory care responses immediately to requests that I may have for my mother and provides regular updates on my mom's situation.

My recent visit to Clarendale at Indian Lake in Hendersonville was very pleasant and I send a special thank you to Kim Goelzhauser for the tour, explanation and suggestions. The facility is beautiful and seeks to involve families in care planning whilst providing a wide array of services to address the cognitive, social and physical needs of the clients. It is one of the best continuing care communities I've visited in the Nashville metro area. Thanks for helping me see quality care that promotes excellence and service. It's a blessing at this difficult time when must anticipate placement of a family member.

Beautiful facility, but more importantly we had an amazing experience with Cheri Anderson in assessing whether my aunt would be a good fit with the community. She was caring, compassionate, and very insightful in our discussions. Clarendale appears to be a phenomenal facility that cares deeply about its residents.

I took my Mother (DB) to Clarendale for a tour. We met with Kim, who did an amazing job of explaining all aspects of Clarendale. A move like this can be troubling to older people who have been so independent all of their lives. Kim was so kind and patient as she explained things to my Mom, in terms that she could easily understand, and guided us through that beautiful facility. Kim said, "it's like living on a cruise ship". We met other staff and residents who were all so friendly and welcoming. Claredale is like a town of its own. There are so many services, activities, and social events that foster a true sense of community. We looked at several other facilities, and Clarendale is by far the one that my Mom favors the most. Kim was so instrumental in helping her make her decision. Thank you Kim!
