Everyone is great and very inviting. My only concern was the lack of onboarding for my Mom with her new caregivers. She (nor any of us) were given the "lay of the land or procedures" about her new daily life.

Clean, friendly helpful staff, knows residents by name and speaks to them. Very well organized and extremely attentive to needs of their residents.

I cannot say enough about the Activity Director Laura Harries. Laura has done such an amazing job bringing joy to the residents and Clarendale Arcadia is lucky to have her. She has years of experience and it shows in all the pictures I see of events and activities she has put forth. Great job Laura and look forward to seeing more posts of events and smiling residents that love what you do for them.

We had a great tour with Lauren. She was an excellent host!We felt there needed to be covered parking at a cheaper cost than $125. We also felt at your price all meals should be included not just $500 that would barely cover 30 average dinners. Apartments were very small.

We moved my Mom into Clarendale, the Cactus Wren wing, in June of 2025. It has been ABSOLUTELY seamless. Kimberly Revans and her staff in the Memory Care are extremely helpful, incredibly sweet, patient, and kind . They truly care about each resident like they are a family member. We are so very thankful for each one of them and it starts with Kimberly, the Memory Care director.

Thank you to the amazing staff at the Clarendale Arcadia for providing an awesome home for my mother. Everyone including Ana, Christian, Shawna and the whole team give amazing attention. From the beginning with the orange carpet welcome, everyone has gone above and beyond. She has great care, great friends and lots of fun activities.

The staff here truly care. They treat residents with patience, respect, and warmth. The facility is always clean, the activities are thoughtful, and communication with families is excellent. My family feels at peace knowing our loved one is safe and genuinely happy here.

The journey to find care for a family member with dementia ended with the discovery of Clarendale Arcadia! Being highly rated by US News & World Report was verified by a visit and later by the care received by a family member. From the very
beginning, the caregivers have proved to be exceptional. No matter what hour, what time of day, they greet everyone with a welcoming smile and are always found sitting with and among the residents. All are specifically trained in dementia care and have proven to be skilled in managing the challenges of such. The therapeutic programs and meaningful activities vary daily and are offered to all. They provide a well-run daily a daily schedule including meals, activities, and personal care. No matter what time of day, her room is always clean. Her laundry service regularly ensures that her bedding and clothes are clean and ready for use.
Heading up this exceptional care is Kimberly Revans, the Memory Care Director. She personally interacts daily with the patients and their families and is always available for a
call, an email, or a visit. Her guidance and knowledge base has proven to be invaluable as I and my family member deals with the dementia journey. We remain extremely grateful
to Kimberly for her guidance and commitment to the well-being of my family member.
