I have knee pain on both my legs for many years and in recent months I started having pain around my hip area when I sit for too long and it has affected my walking, standing and numbness and tingling sensation from my hip to my legs. I also have right shoulder pain. A friend recommended me to see Pei Yun, chiropractor from Claire Chiropractic, Eco Cascadia.
I decidedly to give it a try. My first session I went for a few x-rays of my neck, spine and legs. Pei Yun was very patient in explaining to me in detail where my problem lies and what spinal alignment I need to go through.
After three sessions I already feel significant improvements in my back and knees. Now after six sessions, one month's time I can walk without much pain on my knees and can climb stairs more easily which was a struggle for me before treatment. The numbness in my legs after sitting has also significant reduced. The shoulder pain is no more.
Pei Yun also teach me some exercises to do at home.
I want to thank Pei Yun in helping me in this journey of recovery and I strongly recommend those who has pain in the body to seek treatment from her. A very caring and dedicated person who knows how to make you well.

For the last 8 years, I have suffered lower back pain. Over time, the lower back pain changed my walking posture. While walking, I experienced pain in my right knee. Sometimes walking, I felt pain from my buttock, hamstring tightness, and temporary numbness on both legs.
On 27 October 2024, I consulted Miss Hoo Pei Yun, who worked as a Chiropractor in Kuala Lumpur. X- ray films of my spine and both legs were being analysed by her. Apparently, my L4-L5 spinal misalignment and my right knee cartilage joint alignment shifted were the roots caused of pain faced by me.
