I had such a very nasty experience today, I felt I was so discriminated as I am an Asian. She was so unfriendly and ignored a customer from beginning to finishing. She shot me a glare filled with contempt and she picked up my meat with her fingers in a dirty way. I think the boss has to educate his workers especialy her. My recipt says her name start S, finishes a.

We apologies on behalf of the business, that this is the experience you had shopping with us. As we hold ourselves to a standard much higher than that.
Though It's upsetting that the complaint is directed at displaying racism which we don't condone here, instead of potential display of poor customer service as you described above.
As disappointed as we are. We believe that unsatisfactory customer service, being ignored & unfriendly does not correlate to any form of racism. But everyone is entitled to feel however they see fit.
I'm not hiding the fact an unhappy experience happened, I was present on the day of this so-called incident and did not witness any signs of any customer at all, being racially discriminated.
If such act happened why not bring it to the attention of the Owners privately, instead of publicly damaging a local small business whose reputation holds weight, and not another single review pertains to the one you wrote in regard to racism. Sorry, but no.
If you were a regular customer of CJ Butchery you would know quite well the popular demographic, we do serve is actually Asian. Ironically.
I'm mature enough to accept the standard of customer service and friendliness was not met today with your experience, but I will not stand by agreeing to this claim of racism at all.

Absolutely outstanding! C J Butchery Campbelltown is hands-down one of the best butcheries around. The quality of their meat is always fresh and top-notch, and you can really taste the difference. I love this butcher! Their sausages are way better than any ive bought elsewhere, they have varying flavours and no fillers. The meat is always A1 quality. Ive shopped around many butchets but always come back to CJs. Very convenient too, right next to coles and travelators. 10/10

I placed an order for beef mince and the staff female with nose piercing who served me didnāt wore gloves touching the beef mince and dealing with the registers change. She was definitely rude when I told her I wanted the beef mince kn the other side and she keep saying itās all the same. Yes I am paying for the product and I want to pick which meat I want. Please teach her about hygiene and customer service

I get my meat and special orders from C J Butchery, and their quality is second to none. Every time, the meat is fresh, tender, and absolutely delicious, always leaving my family and guests completely satisfied.
Itās not just the quality of their products that stands out, but also the people behind the counter. From the owners to the staff, everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and has a great attitude. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service.

Iāve been following this guys on Facebook for some time, they are a little out of our way we are located in Camden but we took the punt to visit the shop today! What a great range of meat they have on display and amazing prices. Customer service was great too! Well done guys, will keep coming back this will be a new local butcher to support!
