Our Multiyork sofa is 19 years old and in need of being replaced. Having spoken to Nick, he suggested that we get it refurbished as we would not find the built quality on the high street now. Nick has replaced the spring set and all the cushions and it has come back like a new sofa - I am blown away by how good it is. I am now looking forward to another 19 years. Also attention to detail and the service is second to none - Nick kept us fully informed of the progress and picked up and delivered on time.

What wonderful workmanship. We were dithering about whether to buy new sofas but made the right decision to upholster. I am attached to my comfy sofa - a lot of memories and I was right to put my trust in this family run company. They look so elegant and are so comfortable it was definitely worth the money and I couldn't be happier.

We engaged Cliff and Nick for the first time, following the retirement of previous Upholsterers. Cliff immediately visited us to assess the job and gave us clear details of the time, cost and quality we could expect, giving us total reassurance. Nick subsequently called to collect sofa/chairs/cushions/pads and loaned us two armchairs until the work was completed. He impressed us with his professional manner and knowledge of other former local members of the industry. The work took around two weeks and we were delighted with their professionalism, efficiency and regard for our individual requirements. Overall, we have been thoroughly satisfied with the work carried out and for a reasonable price the appearance and comfort of our existing furniture has been transformed. We would thoroughly recommend this company.

Footstool repair Needed a footstool repaired The repairs were done to an excellent standard. The footstool was picked up an returned. Great price, Nick was very helpful with great communication Would highly recommend.

Recently used CJA Upholstery services for some work on our old Duresta sofa - new seat cushions and a repair to the leather external cover . What a great job they did external cover work perfect and internal cushions have given the sofa a new lease of life and all within 24 hours. Thanks so much . Would recommend their service to all .

We needed a repair on our sofa where the seam had split due to wear and tear. I spoke with Nick and the team at CJA, he got us in quickly and the work was completed within 24hrs (note this may not be the case for everyone depending on the size of the job etc). The level of work done on this repair was outstanding, I would say it's probably better than the stitching from the manufacturers initially. You cannot tell that there was an issue previously and feels much stronger. The pricing is excellent. I would recommend CJA to anyone and they now have my custom for any future upholstery needs.

Five glowing stars for a terrific service. Cliff and Nick are wonderful craftsmen converting my old, somewhat sad looking, sofas into brand new looking and, feeling, ones. They have been completely transformed with new springs etc and upholstery. Cliff gave great advice and help with my decision of materials. They are very professional, but have a very, friendly pleasant manner. It was discovered that Cliff had actually made my furniture many years ago and how wonderful that it has been completely restored by this excellent craftsman and his experienced son Nick Many many thanks go to them and I would recommend them to all.
