I can’t say enough great things about this plumbing company and especially Eric M. He truly went above and beyond to resolve our situation and made what could have been a stressful experience completely manageable. Eric was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient every step of the way.
What really stood out was how he took the time to educate us on proper maintenance, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly instead of rushing through the job. It’s rare to find someone who not only fixes the issue but also empowers you to prevent future problems.
His attention to detail, calm demeanor, and genuine care for doing the job right made all the difference. Because of Eric, we have complete confidence in this company and will absolutely be using them again. Highly recommend—ask for Eric M. if you can!
Eric M was awesome. He came so quickly for a clogged bathroom drain that my regular plumber couldn’t fix. He was creative, quick, tidy. ERIC M approached the issue calmly and quickly. HUGE help getting this issue resolved before the holidays.

Came quickly to repair a leak in main water pipe, told us to call water dept, because part of repair was their responsibility . Waited for water dept to come. Came back twice the next day, after repairing, hot water wasn’t working. Everything great now.. polite , caring and efficient!
