Had no hot water on a weekday night. Citywide responded in less than 5 minutes and had a plumber to the house in less than two hours at 8pm at night. Price was more than reasonable and I have a warranty on the work. The local plumber made it clear they didn't want to come out. Would highly recommend.

It was a Saturday and sewer pipe clogged I called citywide they said they would send technician within an hour for an estimate they came within 2 hours but that was ok since he was working he gave us an estimate and unclogged the pipe was very clean and professional I will use them again technician’s name is Eric Martinez and worked very hard, I would use them again
