Damn tree roots. Justin was professional, courteous and honest about what the condition of our sewer pipe was. We need a liner put in. He put a camera in the line to check the pipe and it’s in pretty good shape but I don’t want to wait too long or I can get worse.

I had a sewer line backup for my multi-family house. I found out around 10:30PM and called CityWide and they came out around midnight and got the sewer line snaked.
Talked to a person when I called. Very professional. I got email/text notifications and paid via CC online (they send a payment link).
I'll definitely keep CityWide in-mind for future plumbing work at my house.

Google on my phone is acting up. I might have accidentally deleted the fantastic review I left for Citywide and Kostas back in November. He was so helpful in a situation that came up while I was away.
I also had a different emergency situation today (April, 2026) and Citywide was able to send over Kostas to help me. He goes above and beyond. I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and work.
