Tom and his team were kind, patient, and helped get our cesspool system fixed the proper way so it drains correctly and so their team can extract quickly and efficiently without issues moving forward. I’ve never lived with a cesspool system before, so I really appreciated Tom taking the time to walk me through how it works and offering honest guidance. They were quick, efficient, and genuinely super nice throughout the whole process. Honestly, Tom was just a good time to work with, super personable and easy to talk to. I’m looking forward to working with Tom and his team again in the future. You rock, Tom!

It is so unbelievably rare these days to find someone that actually knows what they are doing but Ricky H is one of those guys. We had a clog in our kitchen sink which we hired another company to come fix. With two young children we cant function without a working Kitchen sink but what was a slow drain turned to a completely non functional drain and another plumber who basically said “i dont know what to tell you”. In desperation we reached out to Citywide through our management company and In the midst of a snow storm Ricky comes out to clean up another plumbers mess. He diagnoses the problem in minutes of arriving, professionally brings in his tools and is respectful of our no shoes home. He clears the clog in like 15 min and leaves time for pleasant conversation. It’s clear that Ricky is the real deal and if you need a real pro this is the guy! We are super grateful to him. Dont waste any time or money with anyone else.

Bobby was great. Citywide had sent two other plumbers before him who could not find the leak or fix the problem but Bobby was thinking the minute he walked through the door. He not only found and fixed the issue but was very professional and courteous. Insisted on cleaning up even when I offered.

Alex M and Charlie were great. They arrive within 2 hours after calling the office. They were friendly, polite and professional. My pipes were snaked and usable in under 2 hours. Problem solved and toilets and flushing again.

Citywide's technician, DEVAUGHN RHODEN, did a great job cleaning my sewer drain pipe. It was a difficult situation but DEVAUGN persisted until the sewer line was cleared. I am very pleased with his effort.
