They were here within 40 minutes of my call, Steve the technician was polite and professional- and my sewer line was cleared quickly. In fact, he just left, it’s 62 minutes since I called. The price was very fair for a Sunday emergency. Now, just the cleanup - they’ve recommended someone who already called and will be here first thing tomorrow. The only way I could be more satisfied is if this never happened

I was driving on Glen Cove rd around 1:15 pm 6/13/2026. One of your drivers was coming down on the opposite side of the road on to on coming traffic to get to Old Country Road to make a left. Such reckless by this driver I had no choice to leave a review because he almost hit another vehicle trying to make a left. His license plate is 58602NB.

Had a clogged toilet, the serviceman Henry was very professional and methodical to work through where the problem was and ultimately solve the issue. Very up front about pricing and discussing options. Once finished, he left the house very clean. I would definitely use again!

Citywide provides a great service. I called them on Friday evening to fix a clogged kitchen sink. They were at my house in less than an our. The plumber was courteous and professional. He assessed the problem and had it fixed in an hour. Very pleased with the service.
