We had a fantastic experience with Charles our plumber! He cleared our clogged drain quickly and efficiently, and the whole process was completely stress-free. He arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, and got right to work. What really stood out was how professional and clean he was. Charles took great care to protect the surrounding area and left everything spotless when he finished — you wouldn’t even know there had been an issue! It’s not always easy to find someone reliable, but this was truly top-notch service from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done.

It was a Saturday and sewer pipe clogged I called citywide they said they would send technician within an hour for an estimate they came within 2 hours but that was ok since he was working he gave us an estimate and unclogged the pipe was very clean and professional I will use them again technician’s name is Eric Martinez and worked very hard, I would use them again

I had a leak from my main floor bathroom sink into my basement. I called City Wide. Within the hour, Charles showed up. He assessed the situation and immediately got to work. Charles was pleasant and professional but most importantly confident in knowing how to solve the problem. He did an outstanding job, kept everything neat and clean and cleaned upon completion of the job. I give Charles 10 stars!!!!

I had a leak under my sink and my landlord contacted City Wide they came right away. Fernando Guvida was the plumber he was very nice and courteous he fixed the problem and cleaned up after himself. I was very satisfied

I have been using CityWide for a few years now. I started with using them for their sewer service and they have been extremely professional and thorough with descriptions of the issues before they make any repairs. I recently needed their plumbing services for a broken drain under a faucet and again they did not disappoint. Super courteous with scheduling and follow up. Very clear on the phone with a description of the issue and cost to repair. Always a fair price and always great service. I could not recommend them enough!
