Jean Pascal was great. He removed the toilet and used the snake down the drain and removed tree roots. He installed the toilet back and everything was working as normal

On the Saturday after Thanksgiving I had a faucet that would not stop leaking. I called Citywide ( who I have used for cesspool pump out but never for plumbing ) for a same day emergency appointment. Shevaughn was the technician who came out to help. He was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgable. He fixed the leak and explained the problem and solution as he went along.
