My experience with Citywide Moving Systems was good overall. Movers Tommy and Michael arrived on time, worked efficiently, and even went above and beyond to make sure that the furniture that needed to be reset up was done so and functioning before they left. There were a couple of communication challenges with the back office (administrative) staff that required resolution, but after a few conversations, I did receive support and resolution to those matters.
These guys delivered a couch to me on the third floor and did a fantastic job being very careful and super professional!

The crew did an excellent job packing us up in Virginia and delivering/unpacking along with setting everything up for us in North Carolina. Great experience just like the previous move they did for us going from NC to VA over 5 years ago. We highly recommend them!!

Citywide did an incredible job moving me. They packed everything perfectly, nothing broken. They were friendly and efficient and very patient when I had to have them move furniture from one location to another which meant double work. This was my 4th move with them. I wouldn't use anyone else. Pricing was great!

The movers were great! We got a text telling us when they were on their way. Jason and his partner were polite, professional and got the packing done on schedule. They carefully packed and labeled everything. We would definitely call on them again for any future move!
