With the extreme weather in the past few years, we had had a couple instances of basement flooding. James and his crew were prompt to respond to our inquiry, then provide a quote and set up the work. He kept us updated on the process along the way, and we then had him look at a window well drainage issue, as the original installer didn't tie the drain into the weeping tile. James was also able to rectify this issue for us. We would use him/his team again for any future needs applicable!
Repair of Basement leak
2 individuals arrived as promised between 8:00and 9:00 am. Worked throughout the day and completed the job around 3:00pm. Great job, completely satisfied and area looks once completed like it did before the work was started. Cleaned up the area completely once job was completed.
During a flash flood in March, water began leaking through the floor in one corner of the house, near the sump pump. I contacted several contractors, but James was the only one who accurately identified the potential issue. He was transparent, honest, and provided an informed assessment of the situation.
His crew was friendly, professional, and resourceful. After excavation, they discovered a major problem—a missing connection between the exterior weeping tiles and the sump. They quickly implemented a temporary fix, and James promptly followed up to plan a permanent solution. The foundation work was completed with minimal disruption and at a fair price.
On the second day, two crew members stayed until around 11 PM to ensure the job was done properly. Throughout the process, the team remained professional, supportive, and focused on doing right way . I highly recommend working with them.

The product I was sold by Chris was far different to what was initially installed. After seeing the completed work, I had some serious concerns (mainly the potential for ongoing leaking), and got back in touch with the organization to have those concerns addressed. Eventually repairs were made to the most crucial of concerns, however, they did not address the sloppy installation of the Delta MS membrane. This has resulted in a loss of basement space (extensive folding around corners) and will cause issues for basement refinishing. Significant use of caulking after the fact around potential future leaks seemed to take the place of correct installation from the outset. At this point I had to cut my losses and accept the work as there didn't seem to be another option. Generally the team appeared to work hard and tried their best, but it seems that they are working on a business model that prioritizes quick work over quality installation. I would have preferred if they had been afforded the chance to do the job correctly in the first place and wouldn't have minded if it had taken a few more days. Having to go back and forth with the organization over the course of two weeks was much more difficult.
