By far the worst experience I have ever had with a car service. 1 star is only because that’s the lowest I can rate.
1. The driver showed up 45 minutes later than the scheduled pickup time.
2. I couldn’t reach him at all no texts, no calls answered. I can see when my messages were “Read” which he wasn’t until after calling multiple times to him and the company.
3. The company claimed the driver had been waiting in the cell phone lot, which is a lie. When he finally responded only after I called the office to complain he asked if we were ready. I said yes immediately and still waited another 25 minutes for him to arrive.
4. The car that arrived was not the Tesla I paid for and reserved in my booking.
5. The driver was texting while driving and the gas tank was on empty with the warning light and chime on the entire ride.
6. The car seat I paid extra for was filthy.
7. Because of the delay, I missed my flight by 5 minutes which would have been completely avoided if the driver showed up on time.
8. I called the office afterward and was cut off multiple times while explaining the situation. They insisted the driver was on time which is absolutely false. Not a single apology.
9. I had to pay for a last minute hotel, pay the difference for a new flight, and I missed my reservation at my destination because of this company’s negligence.
Total joke of a company, and just argued with me instead of offering anything. I’ve been picked up at airports dozens of times, and it’s not that difficult to say pick me up at this time, and when I get there I let you know I’m ready, and you still manage to be 45 min late. .

Probably the worst transportation service ever. Traveling with a toddler is hard enough as is. Our driver Jonas didn't arrive until 40 minutes after our set pick up time, empty tank, texting and driving, different car than originally confirmed. For someone who used to live in the SD area, the cell phone parking isn't far from the terminals. Could've just owned up to it that he was running late. We had a connecting flight in TJ and missed it. Called to complain, but clearly they keep claiming that he was in the cell parking.

I had a great experience with this transportation company! Peter picked me up from the airport and was professional, friendly, and right on time. He has an amazing personality and made the ride so enjoyable after a long flight. The car was clean and comfortable, and I’d definitely request Peter again for future trips. Highly recommend

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They will charge your credit card upon booking. Your confirmation email has no information on a cancellation policy, nor does their website. If you call to cancel they tell you that you have passed the window to cancel, even though it is not printed anywhere you can reference. They told me they would credit, but it has been a week and no credit.
*****Per your response below - I have been communicating with you at that email address since October 12th. No credit has been issued and I continue to get a runaround.

MY DRIVER WAS VERY POLITE AND MADE SURE OUR RIDE WAS SAFE. HE HANDLED MY HANDICAP CLIENT CAREFULLY AND MADE SURE HE WAS SECURE BEFORE DRIVING. I WILL BE USING CITY CAPTAIN AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
