Don't hesitate. Book! Joe was fantastic! He drove a Sprinter van from the SD airport to the Rosarito area and kindly came back to pick us up to return to SD a few days later. Provided us with medical passes as well. He was always on time, efficient, and incredibly friendly. We truly appreciated his warm and helpful attitude. They also had the best price.

We booked through City Captain Transportation for our trip to LEGOLAND and had such a great experience! We booked round-trip transportation to and from the airport, and our flight ended up being delayed. They were accommodating and adjusted our pickup time without any issues. We also requested a car seat for our toddler, and one was ready for us when we arrived. Our driver, Yosief, was professional, friendly, and made the ride comfortable. He even played toddler songs for my son during the ride, which was such a thoughtful touch. We really appreciated how accommodating and family-friendly the entire experience was. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we would definitely book with City Captain Transport again! Highly recommend them, especially if you’re traveling with little ones.

Excellent VIP service I was looking for a reliable car service to take me from San Diego to Ensenada, and City Captain Transportation provided excellent service. They even took me to get my Multiple Migratory Form (FMM), which made the border crossing much easier. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and great to talk to throughout the journey. We took a scenic route, which made the trip even more enjoyable. As a visitor from Australia, I really appreciated that the driver understood exactly what we needed to do at the border and guided us through the process. Overall, the service was professional, helpful, and stress-free. I would definitely recommend City Captain Transportation to anyone travelling between San Diego and Ensenada. Edit: On the return City captain team got us through the San Ysidro crossing from Mexico to USA in less than 10 minutes. I was worried about the traffic coming back from Ensenada and missing my flight from San Diego, but they made sure I was back at the airport hours before my flight. Ridiculously good and now I dont have to stress at an unfamiliar airport.

Failed meet-and-greet: passenger left stranded at baggage claim. I arranged a VIP airport transfer for an important guest arriving at SAN — a meet-and-greet with residence drop-off. I paid the (rather steep) $45 meet-and-greet surcharge expecting a flawless, professional service. After a long flight, my guest arrived at baggage claim and waited — no driver, no sign, no contact. She was left stranded with luggage and ultimately had to take a taxi to her destination. I understand things can go wrong, but this was a to-be-paid premium add-on with a clear purpose. There was no proactive communication from the driver or the company, and no resolution offered afterward. Very unprofessional. To make things even worse, this company had even the audacity to charge me for the failed service — I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. Quite an embarrassment my guest and myself endured, and that still lingers. I will not be using City Captain again and would caution others considering their service and premium add-ons to think carefully before hiring this transportation company

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Last-Minute Tijuana to San Diego Airport Transportation We needed a last-minute pickup from the Hampton Inn Tijuana by Hilton and transportation to San Diego International Airport to catch our flight. It was a busy Sunday, and we were worried that the long border wait would cause us to miss our flight. City Captain Transportation responded quickly and had Fast Pass access, which helped us cross the border much faster. Our driver was professional, punctual, and kept everything running smoothly. We arrived at SAN Airport in time for our flight!
