Verified Company
The absolute worst experience ever. Driver was 20 minutes late, and found talking on his phone down the street. The car was filthy when he drove up and filthy inside too. The driver talked about himself and a new business all the way to the airport and would not stop. His driving skills were erratic and dangerous. I informed the company by email when I arrived at my destination and explained how bad the experience was and received no response. Then they sent the same driver to pick me up on my return trip home. He asked me to walk down five drop off locations to meet him, I said no at this point. I had provided my airline and flight itinerary, he should have been at the right location. Then he yelled several times into his iPad to get directions and then he asked me to check if it was correct, it wasn't, I had to give him directions. All this should have been set before I was picked up. I contacted the company again and no one responded at all. Instead they gave me review links, so here it is.
