Owner is a great guy and the installers are friendly and professional as well. However if you have the displeasure of dealing with Marrisa or her daughter I'm sorry. She has on multiple occasions been completely unprofessional with customers and employees. Avoid her at all costs.

Best place for all your residential needs! We had a window broken out at our house, called City Glass and they were able to get us taken care of very quickly Will definitely be coming back!

MASSIVE disappointment. Horrible follow through, unreliable and couldn’t do the job because the glass was too small?? Wait. What??? Aren’t you a glass company? Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing with this place. Find someone else!

We strive to provide accurate guidance based on the information available, and in this case there were multiple back and forth conversations needed to clarify your request.

As explained, certain glass products are only available in minimum sizes set by the manufacturer. Since we are not a manufacturer, we are limited to those specifications and cannot alter them.

We understand this may not have aligned with your expectations.

I had a double pane glass window insert that had previously had argon gas inside get broken. City Glass OKC worked with me, answering all of the many questions I had, and was able to get a new insert ordered. Not only this but they even contacted the manufacturer and was able to get a manufacturer discount. I am so glad that I contacted City Glass!
