After trying to get a mortgage the conventional way, I was struggling to get the amount needed as they would take the average of my last 2 years profit, instead of my actual salary as Im self employed, I found David and Caroline via a google search for self employed mortgages After an initial conversation, I decided to trust in him and within 8 to 10 weeks, not only have I been approved a mortgage but will complete on my house on June 26th. I couldn't recommend CIS mortgages and David highly enough, especially if like me, you're self employed and struggling to find a specialist broker.

David was very thorough in our mortgage application. Both my partner and I are first time buyers with what we deemed as a 'complex case'. We had spoken to a mortgage advisor prior to finding David and upon our first conversation with him decided to stick with him. David has been incredibly supportive, answering queries and emails way past the standard 9-5 working hours that you expect off of other firms. He aided in finding solicitors that he highly recommended which we opted for to keep everything 'in house' and considering how thorough he had been in searches and affordability checks we couldn't not go ahead with his recommendation. We received our formal mortgage offer and David is still on hand with enquiries that we have and is recommending appropriate buildings and life insurances to ensure our home and us are protected. We are very close to completion on our property and CIS Mortgages can trust that we will be back for mortgaging in a few years time

Me and partner had been in contact with a few other mortgage advisors prior to choosing CIS Mortgage advice, with it being our first home we were new to everything so wasn’t sure, as soon as I messaged I had a phone call with David who ran through his whole process with me and made everything clear and easy to follow! Have absolutely 0 complaints we would highly recommend David and the company to anybody! If I could give 6 stars I would!!

I had no clue that CIS mortgages existed! My accountant introduced me to a person that was dealing with these mortgages however that person let me down. He was busy all the time, not answering the phone or replying to messages. A quick search on Google and that's how I came across David. And the rest is history! David was the exact opposite of the first person. Answered all the queries no matter the hour of the day or the day of the week. Went above and beyond with our case and he dealt with everything professionally and smoothly. And not to mention the fact that I was such a difficult client to deal with, with little patience, lots of questions and looooong messages. Honestly you can't go wrong with this fellow! I would totally recommend his services.

Came across David on google while researching mortgages for trades paid via cis. When I got in touch David was very helpful and knowledgeable on everything I asked him. Had issues with cis slips arriving late due to going onto monthly payments but David managed to get all my mortgage approved while waiting then updated the bank to get a higher bank offer. Would recommend to anyone who is in the trade on the cis scheme and will definitely re use cis mortgage advice when I need to remortgage.
