We hired Cinnamaniac to cater our desserts for our wedding. Eric and Juan did an amazing job! Great attention to detail and presentation. The desserts were delicious, everyone loved the cookies, cinnamon rolls and cupcakes. Our wedding cake was elegant and exactly what we were looking for. Some of the best cinnamon rolls you'll ever have! Their cinnamon rolls are HUGE, a single roll could easily be split between 2 people. The flavor is very sweet without being so sweet that it gives you a tummy ache or hurts your teeth, and the dough is fluffy and filling. Would/have recommended to friends and family!!! :)

Juan and Eric make delicious baked goods and are willing to experiment with recipes. Eric uses a lot old fashioned recipes from his family but also utilizes his degree in cuisine. Everything is addictive, cinnamon rolls, cookies or brownie. A must try.
