Prior to listing our home for sale it needed extensive upgrading. Cindy had a team that was incredible to work with. They came in and did all the upgrades, were easy to work with, were extremely professional and clean!!! The house looks so beautiful we wonder why we didn’t do this years ago! She met us at an open house with only 1 day notice, had all the property info pulled, and helped us write an offer in 3 hours. She gave us insight on what we should and should not ask for and what we should have inspected. When looking inside the house she offered and took our children outside to play so we could take our time. Highly recommend Cindy!
