Ciao Tours was very attentive to our particular desires for visiting Italy. They gave us many options and were patient as I added or substacted tours to fit our schedule. It was a wonderful trip, especially not needing to worry about where to stay or how to get to where we were going. The Italy group checked in with us daily and promptly answered any questions we had. I feel like we left Italy as friends, even shared some pictures with them. Seriously, everything was absolutely perfect! I HIGHLY recommend Ciao Tours, and if we ever get back to Italy, I would not hesitate to ask them to plan the trip. Well done everyone!

We just returned from almost three weeks in Italy. This is the third time we have used Ciao Tours and are very happy that we did. We toured around Sicily and visited Calabria and Naples. All the arrangements were made, the hotels were great, and the guides excellent. We really appreciated Giuseppe in Naples and Mike in Syracuse. We saw and did so much and Ciao was super helpful all the way.

We have just returned from a three week tour through Portugal and Spain that we organized with Ciao Tours. We were a party of four senior adults and we had an itinerary designed with our interests and capabilities at the forefront. It was superb from start to finish. The guides were great, the accommodations were well located and we had the same amazing driver, Marcio for the entire time. Ciao really took the stress and strain out of the experience so we could focus on enjoying the sights. We have worked with Ciao tours to assist us with at least four other adventures and they will continue to be our first choice when venturing into the parts of the world where they offer their services. A big thank you to all those who had a role in creating a seamless journey.

We recently used Ciao Tours to help plan our trip to Italy for our family of 4 people. From start to finish Ciao Tours set everything up for us, transfers, trains, tours, guides, tickets, restaurant recommendations and more. Having a local trip manager to check-in daily and provide reminders and details was top notch - we felt like rock stars. We even had the opportunity to have lunch together with our manager, Claudia, which was a special treat. Ciao Tours created a very enjoyable tour for us to enjoy 3 weeks in Sicily. We had accomodations booked for us in Catania, Taormina, Messina, Cefalù, Palermo and Marsala. We enjoyed both the private and group tours that Ciao arranged for us and we had some time to discover the island on our own. We had a lovely local Italian checking in with us daily to ensure everything went smoothly. We were very pleased with our holiday and we will consider booking another trip with Ciao tours in the future.

They are totally devoted to providing you with a fantastic experience and give you the vacation you dreamed for. They taylor the tours to the types of things you’re interested in. They can book outdoor activities, museums, city tours, hikes, food tours or anything that you like to do on your vacations. Their support of your vacation doesn’t stop after they have sold your trip. They have a local concierge who confirms your schedule on a daily basis and handles any issues that may come up. Since they are local they know the area you are traveling in and can make any recommendations that you need for reservations or things to do on your leisure days. They are always interested in providing the best customer experience. I highly recommend their agency and we use them again in the future.
