I’ve had an ongoing grinding noise coming from the back of my car for months, and after several failed repair attempts over the summer at other shops, I finally decided to try a new place in Churchville. I’m so glad I did! Wes went over my vehicle with a fine-tooth comb and not only fixed the original issue but also identified and addressed problems I hadn’t even realized were there. What stood out most to me was his communication; he messaged me updates throughout the process, explained what he was finding, and always asked for permission before moving forward with additional work. That level of transparency gave me a lot of peace of mind. When I got my car back, the grinding noise was gone entirely, zero issues. Everything runs smoothly now. I’ve never felt more confident about the care my car received. Wes’s professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail really set this shop apart. If you’re looking for a mechanic who will treat both you and your vehicle with respect, I highly recommend going here. I couldn’t be happier with the service!

This place is great. The people who work here are friendly and will take time out of their day to explain what is wrong with my car. They answer my questions professionally and in a way I understand (I know very little about cars.) I will absolutely come here in the future!

I cannot say enough about Tom and his staff. We started using them after a local Buick dealer closed. They are so friendly, great communication and have always helped us when a vehicle emergency pops up. Would highly recommend to anyone local!

This place is great. I don’t know much about cars but they never make me feel stupid when I try to explain what’s going on with my older car. They manage to fit me in when they can and work quickly, and do great work, which is awesome. They have a kind, genuine, good people vibe. Highly recommend.

Tom and his team were excellent to work with. I have had several bad experiences with other shops recently which had me searching for a trustworthy shop that did great work for a reasonable price. Churchville Service Center came highly recommended by close friends of ours and our only regret is that we didn't bring our cars to Tom sooner.

If you want your car repaired, this is the place to go!!!! My Hummer was misdiagnosed by four different shops One told me l needed a new engine..... Took a whole year but then met the owner of Churchville Auto Center in my business. He told me what the problem was before he even examined my engine. My car got fixed while l waited...... They are the best!!!!!!!!!
