Ice maker slowed down and then stopped completely. No ice at all. The technician checked the water line and found it partially clogged and starting to freeze. He cleared the blockage, adjusted the fill level, and reset the system. After that, it started producing normally again. He stayed long enough to see a full cycle, which I appreciated. Now it keeps up without any issues.

Art came out to fix our dryer that was making a scraping noise. He opened it up and found something stuck near the drum and a worn support piece. He fixed both and tested it. Noise is gone now and it runs smooth. Art kept it simple and didn’t try to turn it into something bigger than it was.

Max helped us with a dryer that started making a heavy thumping sound. He took it apart and found one of the drum supports had worn unevenly. He replaced the worn parts, checked the belt, and made sure everything was aligned properly. After that, it ran smooth with no noise. Max also cleaned out the inside, which was packed with lint. He explained how buildup affects movement over time. Really appreciated that he didn’t rush and made sure it ran quietly before leaving👍👍👍

There was this constant humming noise coming from the fridge that got louder over time. It wasn’t crazy loud, but noticeable enough to be annoying at night. The technician found the fan motor was wearing out and slightly off balance. He replaced it and cleaned the surrounding area. The noise disappeared immediately. What I liked was that he also checked the compressor just in case. Everything sounded normal after that. Now the kitchen is quiet again.

After the repair the airflow balanced out and the freezer quickly stabilized at the proper temperature. He also explained how keeping items away from the air vents helps maintain even cooling.

Sonny came to repair our dryer that suddenly stopped heating even though the drum still rotated. He checked the heating circuit and found the thermal fuse had blown due to restricted airflow. Sonny replaced the fuse and cleaned the vent duct behind the dryer. After testing a full cycle the dryer heated normally again and finished the load quickly.

The technician pulled the unit out and found the condenser fan motor had worn out and was barely spinning. Without proper airflow the compressor was overheating and struggling to cool. He replaced the fan motor, cleaned the condenser coils, and tested the cooling cycle. The difference was immediate. The fridge became quiet again and the temperature returned to normal. He also explained that dust buildup behind the fridge can shorten the life of the cooling system if it isn’t cleaned occasionally.

Our dual-zone wine cooler stopped cooling in the upper section but was fine below. The technician traced the issue to a failed control board that wasn’t sending power to the fan. He replaced the board, tested all the fans, and reprogrammed both zones to their target temps. He also adjusted a sensor that was reading incorrectly near the back wall. After about 30 minutes, both zones were cooling evenly and holding temp. I was impressed he knew these smaller appliances so well not every tech does. Great experience.
