Didnโt use them because the guy I talked to hung up on me. Their office is literally within walking distance to my house, they still had to give me a 2 hour block. Business must be too good these days.

I was having some trouble with a newly-installed LiftMaster garage door, I had tried the troubleshooting steps multiple times, hoping not to have to call someone - but I ultimately wasn't able to get my door to close consistently so I asked ChatGPT for recommendations, it recommended CHS, so I called them.
It was a very good experience - I called ~2.30pm on a Sunday, they said they'd have someone over on the same day between 4-6pm, with no charge to assess the issue. Zain came ~4:15pm, was very helpful and efficient, and by ~5pm he had fixed the issue. He also pointed out an unrelated issue with the installation and suggested that if I'm handy enough I could fix it myself - but the cost he quoted was reasonable, so I asked him to make that fix too, and he ad completed everything by ~5:15pm.
I'm writing this review ~3 hours from when I was frustrated and called CHS - and now I'm hoping the issue is fixed for good. They mentioned their work is warrantied for 3 months, I hope I don't need to take them up on it but that's good to know also. The only negative was that they charge a fee to pay with credit card, but the rest of the experience was so smooth that I'm still left feeling pretty good about it. Thanks Zain!
