Office and install coordination:
While everything was managed smoothly on our end, we understand that, as the end user, the behind-the-scenes coordination may not have been visible.

Survey process:
The initial survey was requested last-minute by your contractor, and we reshuffled our schedule to attend. As expected, the site wasn’t ready, so we returned to complete the full survey. Since we worked directly with your contractor, some details may not have been relayed clearly.

Lead times:
These were shared early on and throughout the project. Any delay in production was due to site readiness, not manufacturing. We recognise the importance of clearer communication when multiple parties are involved and continue to improve this.
