The handset on my mum’s riser recliner chair got damaged and we urgently needed a new one as the chair would no longer work. I contacted Chiltern Chairs and Phil ordered a new handset straight away which was received a couple of days later. In the meantime, Dan came and fitted an old one that could be used until the new handset arrived. Once it arrived he came back and fitted the new handset and the chair is now working perfectly. We are very impressed with their excellent customer service and efficiency. I would definitely recommend this company.

Brilliant service from the guys at Chiltern Care Chairs. We required two chairs for my parents-in-law and the service was exemplary. Plenty of advice on the types of chair, was suggested a different size chair for my father-in-law but they didn’t have one in stock, CCC rang when it was in the showroom and it was exactly what was needed. Delivery was on time and furniture was moved by CCC to accommodate the new chairs and the old sofa removed. Instructions were kept simple and concise so easily understood by the recipients - at no time were we put under pressure to buy or put down a deposit - the whole process could not have been any easier. We will return to CCC when a stair lift is required!!! Thank you so much and I am happy to report my parents-in-law are delighted with the chairs

An absolute pleasure from beginning to end. A very well stocked showroom, an expert, friendly proprietor, and a first rated, immediate delivery. We arrived in the car park at 9.30am, were shown 7 demonstration models that all met our requirements, listened to the pros and cons of each, picked the one we wanted, were advised how to save VAT, paid for the model and extras we chose, and it was delivered and fully operational by 2:00 pm same day. My father in law needed a chair to give him some assistance in standing from sitting. He also wanted a good quality recliner. We contacted Chiltern Care Chairs and visited Martin Davies (Managing director) in Chesham, for advice. Martin didn't give me a hard sales pitch. He showed me a selection of quality chairs, demonstrating each one told me all the options available to us. Never did I feel under any pressure and I was, as a result, able to give my father in law a great description of the chairs available. Martin spoke at a level appropriate to me as a member of the public. When he discovered that I was an osteopath he was then able to talk about the chairs at a much more scientific level showing that he has an excellent knowledge of anatomy and the reasons for buying any particular chair based on my father in law's level of need. We went to see the chairs a second time. My father in law chose his chair and paid for it. It was delivered within 5 hours and he was sitting in his flat reclined ready to watch the TV by 430pm. Thanks Martin for exceptional service and the young men for being so prompt and polite.

We required a new reclining chair for my elderly mother as her existing chair was past its sell by date, as a result we required the chair urgently. A call to Chiltern Care Chairs and they suggested we visit to choose a new chair from their stock. My sister and I visited the shop took advise on the different types, we chose a chair from the showroom, the team delivered it straight away, in fact followed us to my mums with the chair in their van:) they even agreed (at a cost) removed the old chair - what a great service, we would highly recommend Thank you for your help and assistance, all the staff were very helpful I would have no hesitation in recommending

Discussed needs for my 84 year old Mum with Dan, he recommended which chair(s) to try, he then visited with chairs the next (working) day and spent time checking my mum was comfortable, able to operate it and even rearranged the furniture in the lounge to suit. I was so delighted with the service received from Martin at Chiltern Care Chairs Ltd and highly recommend them. Martin took the time to visit mum's home to double check that the chair and choice of covers would blend nicely into my mothers home without it looking out of place with the nice furnishings she has. When we initially visited the shop Martin assessed my mothers needs to get the right chair and accessories for her comfort with the end result of my mum saying ' she has never sat on something more comfortable' that says it all!

We recently bought a new bed from you and would just like to say thank you and tell you how impressed we were from the start of our purchase in the shop to the delivery. The delivery men were very professional, helpful and friendly even though it was a very difficult delivery up three flights of stairs ( no lift). They even joined us for the two minutes silence as it was 11th November which made a big impression on us. We found your customer service second to none, thanks again Mr and Mrs Harte
