We had multiple companies come look at the AC on our 1983 Viking. All but these guys told us a whole new system was needed and we were looking at $25k+. Came across these guys in passing, literally drove by the van and took a picture to have the number to call. Their honesty and diligence resolved our issue for a fraction of the cost. After calling three marine ac companies that were recommended and not receiving call backs here on Long Island I was recommended to call Nick at Chill Experts Solutions this morning. Wow!!!! Called them immediately and Nick answered on first ring and was able to fit me in for AC diagnostics/maintenance in the afternoon. So professional, respectful, knowledgeable, positive attitude and amazing work ethic. All problems diagnosed and resolved. AC up and running on our 50’ Post Woohoo! Recommended but didn’t push airlocks which we decided we’d like installed as recommended by our friends in past conversations. We are so impressed with Nick and his staff. He’s now our go to guy. I just wanted to take the time to write this for this great group of guys. There work and communication definitely backs up there reviews. The work was done with heart and dedication to make sure your boat is perfect. Nick and his team truly are 24/7 as I had a fishing tournament in less than 24 hours with a broken refrigerator. Nick and his team were there in under 3 hours of the phone call. Everything was all set and good to go for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Nick for any of your marine needs!

I’m glad I finally found a good marine HVAC service. Nick is responsible the first positive experience I’ve had while trying to get my air conditioning serviced in New York. I had 4 other companies that scheduled appointments weeks out (some even requiring a deposit) that didn’t show up. It was refreshing to work with someone who responds to inquiries and shows up when promised. Not only is he responsive, but he knows what he’s doing and actually solves problems, all at a reasonable cost. I hesitate to leave a glowing review, because I selfishly don’t want him to get any busier, but I have struggled to get good HVAC service in the area, and it would be selfish of me to not let others know that there is still hope.
